Ingredients

For Pork:

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon fish sauce

½ tablespoon oyster sauce

½ pound pork neck

For Salad:

1 ripe tomato, sliced tickly

8-10 Thai shallots, sliced

1 scallion, chopped

1 bunch fresh basil leaves

1 bunch fresh cilantro leaves

For Dressing:

3 tablespoons fish sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon palm sugar

2 bird eye chili

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

Directions:

1 Preparing the Ingredients. For pork in a bowl, mix together all ingredients except pork.

Add pork neck and coat with marinade evenly. Refrigerate for about 2-3 hours.

Preheat the Bella Air fryer to 340 degrees F.

2 Air Frying. Place the pork neck onto a grill pan. Cook for about 12 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a large salad bowl, mix together all salad ingredients.

In a bowl, add all dressing ingredients and beat till well combined.

Remove pork neck from Air fryer and cut into desired slices.

Place pork slices over salad.
